the EEC-final in Rüdersdorf/Germany

The final of the Enduro Championship will be held from October 30th to November 1st, 2015 in the German Rüdersdorf (in the east of Berlin).
The start is on Friday evening with a prologue on site. From 17:00 clock, the participants of the European Championship will compete there in pairs against each other.

The track for the two days ist three rounds over 62 km l with three different special stages. One of them is right on the paddock.
Start is Saturday at 8:00 clock and on Sunday from 7:30 clock already.
Main focus is the fight for the title in the Overall standings:
Fastest rider of all classes is yet the Brit Tom Sagar.

But the defending champion Maurizio Micheluz was posted due to an injury in the last race and is now fit again.

We should not forget some German riders who will also be at the start and, of course, can calculate home-field advantage in the daily classification.

Her title in the Women's class ist fixed for the Finnish Sanna Kärkkäinen, but the KTM rider will still be in Germany at the start. d
In addition to the usual displacement classes also a national team-ranking is extended this weekend.

The paddock, as well as start and finish, is located in the historic Museum Park Rüdersdorf where in earlier times limestone was extracted to build houses.

The Final in Rüdersdorf - Day 1

The external conditions for the first day of the Enduro-European-Championship in Rüdersdorf (east of Berlin) have been perfect: The weather was not too warm and after the sun came out it became dry with a lot of grip.
The three laps with more than 60 km contented each three special-tests which add up to more than 1 hour test-time!

The first championship was decided in the morning, when the Yamaha of E1-Pilot Jonathan Rosse from Switzerland got an electric defect in the very first test. Rosse could not finish an gave the way to Maurizio Micheluz from Italy to defend his title in the E1-Class. Even if the local Edward Hübner as a guest took the daily win in front of the Husqvarna-Rider Micheluz.

Even in the E2-Class we got an champion: The Brit Tom Sagar not only won the E2-Class, but the Overall as well. With this result the KTM-rider defended his title in the class and battled the Overall-title too!



In the E3-Class the Swede Martin Sundin did not reach for the title: To many mistakes throw him to fourth place in the day. But his rivale Toman Radek was even more worse that they still battle for the title.

But Veteran Werner Müller from Austria already took his ninth (!) title before the last day! The KTM-rider was unbeaten the whole season.

No early decicion was made in the three junior-classes:

In the junior-E1-class the leading Nicolas Pellegrinelle was injured and had to quit. The day was won by David Abrall from France, who now is second in the championship, only three points behind the leading Patrick Markvart.

In the class of the youngest riders, the under-20-class the victory of Mirko Spandere from Italy serve him a lots of points, but not yet the championship.

Same with Jeremy Carpentier in the Junior-E2/E3-class: The French even was third in the overall, won the class, but for the title he needs still another fife points.

WEEKEND DA PRIMATO AL CAMPIONATO EUROPEO ENDURO IN GERMANIA  PER IL TEAM KE MOTO SPA MANAGED BY MOTORACE.
UN QUARTO E UN PRIMO POSTO CHE VALGONO IL SECONDO GRADINO DEL PODIO FINALE PER MATTEO ROSSI.

Sabato, 31 ottobre e domenica, 1 novembre 2015, il Team KE Moto SpA Managed by Motorace con Matteo Rossi e Federico Aresi era chiamato a confermare le caratteristiche prestazionali della KE Moto 250 4T e la voglia di imporsi dei suoi due giovanissimi piloti.

Ambizioni e speranze si sono trasformate in uno straordinario weekend di passione e gioia perché Matteo Rossi e Federico Aresi sono stati tra i grandi protagonisti di questa quarta e ultima prova del Campionato Europeo Enduro disputata in Germania nella cittadina di Rüdersdorf a est della capitale Berlino.

La voglia di ben figurare di Matteo Rossi, ha visto il giovane pilota di Sanremo, dopo la quarta posizione ottenuta sabato, conquistare domenica una splendida vittoria nella classe Junior E1. Bene anche Federico Aresi, due volte ottavo anch’esso nella Junior E1, alla sua sola seconda esperienza in sella alla KE Moto 250 4T.

Rossi, domenica ha addirittura fatto suo il miglior tempo in ben cinque delle nove speciali disputate, terminando le restanti quattro prove, tre volte con il terzo miglior tempo e una in quinta posizione. Questa sua straordinaria performance gli ha consentito di terminare la giornata con il terzo posto anche nell’assoluta alle spalle del tedesco Edward Hubner e del vincitore di questa classifica del campionato continentale, l'inglese Tom Sagar. 

Dopo il secondo miglior tempo nella speciale prologo di venerdì sera disputata davanti a un pubblico di oltre tremila spettatori, Rossi, sabato su nove speciali ha ottenuto questi piazzamenti: un secondo, due terzi, tre quarti, un quinto, un sesto e un nono. Grazie ai punti conquistati, Rossi è così riuscito a conquistare la seconda posizione finale nella classifica del Campionato Europeo della classe Junior E1.

“Non ho parole. Siamo tutti immensamente felici per questa vittoria di Matteo Rossi di domenica e della prova positiva di Federico Aresi. Rossi è stato superlativo e si è meritato alla grande questa sua prima vittoria nel campionato europeo della classe Junior E1. Rossi, inoltre, domenica ha terminato terzo assoluto e grazie ai punti conquistati nella classe Junior E1, è inoltre riuscito a fare sua la seconda posizione nella classifica finale di Campionato Europeo della Junior E1 con un risultato a dir poco bellissimo. Non è stata una stagione facile perché all’inizio partivamo per debuttare con la nuova KE Moto SpA, ma non abbiamo mai mollato e siamo andati avanti a lavorare. Questo è il risultato di tutto quello che è stato fatto durante l’arco della stagione. Qui, in Germania, sono state due giornate di gara importantissime per noi, soprattutto in chiave campionato dove abbiamo ottenuto un grande risultato. Ne approfitto, anche a nome di tutto il team, per ringraziare i nostri partner, sponsor e tecnici. Un ringraziamento particolare va ad Alfredo Ciresa di KE Moto SpA per il supporto ricevuto. Adesso ci attende un inverno di lavoro. Siamo però carichi e fiduciosi per il futuro. Ancora il più sincero grazie a tutti quelli che hanno contribuito a raggiungere questi risultati. Non ci resta che continuare insieme in questa direzione”.

“Sono molto contento perché finalmente è arrivata anche per me questa vittoria. Sono anche molto emozionato per la terza posizione ottenuta domenica nella classifica assoluta e per avere terminato il Campionato Europeo in seconda posizione nella classe Junior E1. Dedico questi miei risultati e la vittoria di domenica alla squadra, ma anche a mio padre Gianmarco, che quest’anno mi ha dato una grande mano per crescere professionalmente grazie alla sua esperienza di tre volte campione del mondo enduro. Adesso, speriamo di continuare a fare esperienza con la KE Moto 250 4T anche nel 2016”.
