Help needed for where to ride in Italia? Pesaro region and north.

First I would like to apologise for my lack of Italian, but I thought it would be better to write in English rather than use a translator.

I am currently on a riding trip around  Europe with my girlfriend. We are currently in the Pesaro region (Had to come and see the TM factory). I would like to go out riding before heading North but am unsure where I am allowed to ride, and I don't want to upset anyone or get in trouble for riding where I shouldn't.

I have seen some signs on trails, which are blue and white and marked with an 11. I am guessing that these are off-road trails but would like some clarification.

Also if anyone fancies going out for a ride I would be keen.

I do not Know the streets near Pesaro, but if you want you can come in my Town San Severino Marche (Macerata).
It is a half an hour from Pesaro.
If you want I can lead in the mountain where i live and where I have a Enduro track.
